Lorna has been with our practice for over six years, and has worked in ophthalmology and refractive surgery for over 18 years! Outside of work, Lorna enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, Mollie. Together, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and camping. Her favorite thing about refractive surgery is holding patient’s hands during surgery.
SHERRIE
CERTIFIED OPHTHALMIC ASSISTANT
Sherrie has been with the refractive department for nearly 20 years! Sherrie is originally from Montana, and has two grown children.

PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
Deb’s hobbies outside of work include spending time with the people I love as well as hiking and staying active. Her favorite part of working in refractive surgery is that we are given the opportunity to improve our patients’ quality of life.
ALYSSA
SURGERY COUNSELOR
Alyssa is originally from CA, and is a big foodie! She likes to trying local food and restaurants, baking, and cooking. Alyssa also enjoys reading and watching reality television, especially on Bravo!
Ayssa says, “I like working here because I like to make people feel confident in themselves!”
CONNER
REFRACTIVE CONCIERGE
Conner has been with AVP for 2 years. He loves hanging out with my family and friends every chance he gets. Conner says that his favorite part of refractive surgery is “seeing the smile on our patients’ faces when they look at that clock and see clearly for the first time.”
